What is Bulletproof Coaching?

A Bulletproof coach™ facilitates learning, change, and development in a way that enables clients to realize their potential and achieve their most valued goals.

Diet and Nutritional Coaching

The Bulletproof Diet™ is more of lifestyle than a way of eating. You’ll start with the 30-day Elimination Diet or Rapid Fat Loss Protocol, then transition into a  long-term dietary plan that may include ketogenic eating, Intermittent Fasting or a hybrid Bulletproof plan that works best for your individual physiology. You’ll learn about foods, cooking techniques, what to expect on the diet, overcoming setbacks, managing the emotional/psychological side of the diet and more!

Identifying and Minimizing Personal Kryptonite

Everyone has some foods or environmental sensitivities that make them slower, more tired and less aware. If you can identify those things, not only does weight loss become kind of effortless, but cravings go away and your amount of willpower available for changing the world goes up.

The High-Performance Roadmap

You’ll learn about innovative, science-based information, techniques, tools, processes, and products to maximize potential, enhance energy, perform better, create success, and help you become the best version of yourself.

A certified Bulletproof Human Potential Coach™ goes through an extensive 12-month training program to gain the skills to help anyone achieve an upgraded body, mind, and life, regardless of his or her current level of energy, performance, and health.

You will learn innovative, science-based information, techniques, tools, processes, and products to maximize potential, enhance energy, and help people perform better and create success.

It’s a transforming process using presence, conversation, (coaching issues, values, vision, goals), action (obstacles priorities, accountability) and resources (wonder, skill, strengths, hacks, people)

Additionally, integrating all the above with Bio-hacking, neuroscience, positive psychology to help clients being the best version of themselves.

Plan 1: Bulletproof Diet Overview & Jump-start

One – 90 min. session.  NOTE: Coaching clients will need a limited degree of computer and/or smart phone skills. Our Coaching program will utilize free online tools for video conferencing and (for clients wanting nutritional or weight-loss diet coaching) tracking your daily food consumption.

  1. Review and discuss BULLETPROOF COACHING HIGH PERFORMANCE ROADMAP™
  2. Identifying and discussing potential biological or physiological issues that may affect results.
  3. Identifying and minimizing personal kryptonite.
  4. Complete Bulletproof diet plan and instructions.

Plan 2:  Triad Modular Coaching Package

Monthly – 60-Minute video conference sessions. Includes all points of Plan 1 with the addition of (see ‘More Details’ below). NOTE: Coaching clients will need a limited degree of computer and/or smart phone skills. Our Coaching program will utilize free online tools for video conferencing and (for clients wanting nutritional or weight-loss diet coaching) tracking your daily food consumption.

Bulletproof Triad 3: Mental & Spiritual (4-months): Mindfulness, cognitive performance, focus, productivity, values presence, life purpose, inquiry. Cost: $600 (+$200 each additional family member. Prerequisite BP Triad 1&2)
